Eye on Reuse
This piece was milled from reclaimed trellis beams and old-growth redwood from deconstructed railing posts. The artwork is experienced in three evolving stages. The lower portion of the eye represents the wood’s foundation in its natural state. From that base, the middle level reveals more structural detail, creating the sense that it sits further away. The upper section represents a final rebirth into a new creative life—deeper, more dimensional, and appearing the most distant.
