Located near the square in downtown Healdsburg, California. This 20,000 sf building had retail and tasting room on the first floor with a restaurant in the center courtyard. Above the courtyard is a glass atrium. The second floor has offices. There is a sloped slate waterfall that softens the traffic noise of Healdsburg Avenue for the diners.
